Bad beat on a tournament

Aggrrrhh!!
I was sitting on a table in the dealer position and had 70000 of chips. Blinds were 1000/2000.
A player in front of me was going preflop allin. He had only 700 of chips. Other players fold.
It’s my turn. I had the As 7s. I decided to raise. I’ve raised to 4000. Small blind called my raise. He had 12000 of chips. Big blind folds.
The flop comes 3s 7d 6s. I thought ok, I got top pair with a medium kicker and a flush draw. So I’ve decided to bet 5000 to check where I’m at. The guy in small blind reraised me. I knew there were 3 options. A higher pocket pair, flopped set or maybe he was bluffing again. After his reraise I was going allin. The guy immediately called with 7h 4d.
